International Womens Day! from Lookbook

Happy International Women's Day!!

Hi lovies! I wanted to share some books written by women that inspire and encourage me in my journey to becoming the woman I aspire to be. I have learned so much from all these trailblazing women and I know they will inspire you too. Educating yourself on other people’s experiences and showing compassion towards them is how barriers and stereotypes are broken down. We have more in common then we know. It is important when talking about supporting our fellow badass babes that we ensure we are including women of all races, abilities, sexual orientation, classes, and religious beliefs. We will continue to fight for our joint goals and we will not be underestimated. Women are a force in this world that will not be tamed.

We Should all be Feminists by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie
